Tarek’s Core Beliefs and Values:

Tarek, like everyone, recognizes his imperfections, yet through both stable and challenging phases of his life, he has acquired valuable knowledge and principles. He remains committed to continuous personal growth and learning.

Commitment to Lifelong Learning:
A practical mindset accelerates progress by learning from the experiences of others as well as one's own. In contrast, a lack of willingness to learn from others results in missed opportunities for growth. Tarek believes that the pursuit of knowledge should never stop and is essential for personal and professional development.

The Universal Purpose of Religion:
Tarek believes that all religions exist to promote moral principles among humanity, and any form of violence or harm is against the teachings of all religions. In Islam, for instance, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) emphasized ethical conduct in times of war, urging his soldiers to treat women, children, the elderly, and unarmed individuals decently and with respect. After the conquest of Mecca, the Prophet demonstrated remarkable forgiveness by freeing the non-believers, which led many to embrace Islam. Tarek views this act as a testament to the true spirit of Islam, one of nobility, compassion, and forgiveness, and he believes this message should be shared globally.

Business value: Easing and Enriching People's Lives is a Must
Business has no value unless enriching and easing people's lives.
قال تعالى : فأما الزبدُ فيذهبُ جُفاءً وأما ما ينفعُ الناسَ فيمكثُ في الأرض
Tarek holds the firm belief that business should not solely focus on profit but must contribute meaningfully to enriching and simplifying the lives of others. True value lies in improving the well-being of individuals and communities.

The Joy of the Journey Over the Destination:
Tarek finds great joy in the process of overcoming challenges, believing that the struggles faced on the path to success often form the most enduring and rewarding memories. For him, the journey itself holds greater value than the destination, and each obstacle offers an opportunity for personal fulfillment and growth.

Never say what you won't do:
قال تعالى : يا أيها الذين آمنوا لمَ تقولون ما لا تفعلون ، كبر مقتًا عند الله أن تقولوا ما لا تفعلون
